· Keep in mind the TIME FACTOR. Addressing & Mailing Services requires three to five business days to complete your mailing before bringing it to the Minneapolis Post Office; take into consideration the time it takes to have the mailing materials printed.

· Call us when you are ready to place your order, providing a cufs number, title of the mailing, departmental contact person and phone number, a brief job description including how you want it mailed (First Class - Non-profit) and let us know if there are labels or other materials to be picked up.

· If we are to pick up any materials, please have them ready (in boxes or in envelopes) when you call for pick up.

· If there are any changes in the job, please notify us immediately.

· If you have any questions or concerns regarding the preparation or handling of your mailing please call us.
